Cancellation & Return
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations will be considered as long as your order has not been shipped and your amount will be refunded back to you via the original mode of payment. Please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number.
How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?
Being handmade product minor imperfection can be expected and that is uniqueness of handmade products. In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on support@CraftVatika.com with your order no. within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner that is favorable to you, and reprocess your order if required.
We have 7 Days Return Policy. ( For only Damaged and Defective products)
Following product not eligible for Return:
Any product that is returned without all the items originally included with the product at the time of delivery, along with the original packaging.
Any product which is tampered with or is used before returning the shipment.
Returns are not accepted after 7 Days.
